Job Description

Job Description An employer in the Greater Seattle Washington area is looking for a Change Manager to support a large portfolio of in‑flight, security‑focused initiatives. This role will help establish and mature change management practices across the organization while supporting active projects and guiding employees through the impact of change. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity and building change management processes from the ground up. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to providing change management support across multiple active initiatives within a security‑focused portfolio, managing change activities across approximately 40 concurrent projects per portfolio, assessing projects to identify change impacts, affected employee groups, and key stakeholders, and developing and executing change strategies to address workforce readiness, adoption, and engagement. This person will partner closely with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and project teams, support leaders and employees through organizational and technology changes, and help define, establish, and evolve change management practices for an organization that is early in its change maturity journey We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience of change management experience supporting enterprise initiatives 5+ years of experience working independently in ambiguous environments and build processes from the ground up 5+ years of experience assessing projects, identifying stakeholders, and managing change impacts 5+ years of experience collaborating with TPMs and technical delivery teams Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience using collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint Exposure to or experience using AI tools is required Background supporting technical teams, particularly within security or infrastructure‑focused organizations Ability to communicate effectively with security, engineering, and other technical teams Familiarity with Smartsheet Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Master Change Management Professional (MCMP) Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) credentials Agile Change Leadership Institute (ACLI) certification ITIL certification
