Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Teamcenter PLM Specialist will partner with the client's IT PLM team to deliver strategic PLM initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. This role involves leading and supporting Teamcenter implementation and enhancement activities, gathering requirements, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless solution adoption. The specialist will also support integration efforts, participate in testing cycles, and contribute to user adoption and change management. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the client IT PLM team to deliver strategic PLM initiatives across business divisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and roadmaps.
  • Lead and support Teamcenter implementation and enhancement activities, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional and technical PLM solutions.
  • Drive process improvements by optimizing engineering, manufacturing, and product lifecycle workflows within Teamcenter.
  • Enhance PLM user experience through usability improvements, user journey mapping, and feedback-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, IT, quality, manufacturing) to ensure seamless solution adoption.
  • Support integration efforts between Teamcenter and adjacent systems (e.g., ERP, ALM, CAD tools).
  • Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and release management.
  • Contribute to user adoption and change management, including training, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and support (both functional and technical aspects).
  • 6-10 years of experience in product lifecycle management, including BOM management, change management, and product data governance.
  • 5-8 years experience in Teamcenter configuration, workflows, BMIDE, and basic customization (ITK/SOA exposure preferred).
