The experience you will bring:
5+ years of relevant experience in business resilience, business continuity, or operational resilience 4-year degree or equivalent practical experience In-depth knowledge of resilience best practices, with conceptual and practical expertise in business resilience and foundational knowledge of related disciplines (e.g., risk management, technology recovery, third-party risk) Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment with minimal guidance Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills What will make you stand out: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems by adapting existing solutions and taking a fresh perspective Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority Ability to identify, recommend, and implement process and capability improvements Comfort operating in a role that balances strategy, execution, and advisory responsibilities Experience designing metrics and authoring, producing, and presenting management reporting to drive informed decision-making Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Visio, for documentation and process visualization #LI-TB1Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. $113,490.00- $138,710.
