Deep technical evaluation ServiceNow-specific questions
Team & Project Overview:
Managing 2 ServiceNow applications: ESP (Enterprise Services Portfolio) . Custom-built application for Wells Fargo BCM (Business Continuity Management) . Renamed internally to ORC, out-of-box module customized for WF Team structure: 2 teams in US + 1 team in India Recently merged into a single unified team Engineers can work across any module Work involves: Heavy integration across both applications Ongoing enhancements and support
Must-Have Requirements:
6+ years of ServiceNow development experience Strong integration experience (critical) Active
CSA + CAD
certifications (must be valid and mentioned cert id on resume) BCM experience Nice to
Have:
Prior full stack development experience (Java preferred)
Additional Expectations:
Candidates should not take furlough all at once . Should be split CAD certification can be completed before joining, but required for system access
