- : The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for facilitating the implementation of Panasonic Energy's (PECNA) Business Continuity Management Program across the enterprise and coordinating exercises at our main manufacturing sites primarily in Sparks, NV, and De Soto, KS.
- _Position can be based in either De Soto, KS or Sparks, NV_
- Essential Duties
- : + Develop, build, and maintain the Business Continuity Program, and implement policies and standards together with crisis plans to meet business continuance and disaster recovery planning requirements.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Requirements
- : + To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employee's, wearing PPE is a requirement for some roles at PECNA and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

Bachelor's Degree or commensurate education or experience +Preferred:

- : + Minimum of 4+ years of project management and business continuity management + Experience in risk identification, mitigation strategies and resilience planning + Excellent communication (oral and written) skills. + Ability to clearly convey and communicate concepts in simple terms. + Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- : + Knowledge of NIST 800-34, and
ISO 22301
frameworks + Build strong relationships and collaborate well at all levels. + Able to influence change without direct authority. + Demonstrate ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines. + Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure. + Alignment to Panasonic's seven (7) core principles (contribution to society, fairness and honesty, cooperation and team spirit, untiring effort for improvement, courtesy and humility, adaptability, gratitude).- Preferred Certification(s):
