Team based environment Workplace culture 2nd to none We operate on Lean principles and rely heavily on team atmosphere and individual performance Highly engaged management Here's What You Need Education High School Diploma or equivalent with 7 years' experience required Or Bachelor's Degree Disaster recovery, business continuity, emergency management or related field with 3 years' experience required Experience 3 years disaster recovery, business continuity, emergency management or related fields with Bachelor's Degree required Or 7 years without degree required Healthcare experience is preferred Licenses and Certifications Other (CBCP) Certified Business Continuity Professional 12 months required Current CBCP certification preferred What You Will Do Program Governance & Regulatory Compliance Serves as a subject matter expert in healthcare preparedness and resilience, ensuring plans align with CMS, TJC, NFPA, OSHA, and NIST standards. Supports internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments. Applies in-depth knowledge of healthcare preparedness best practices to strengthen program alignment and effectiveness. Business Continuity Planning & Execution Collaborates with leaders across the organization to support operational readiness through business continuity activities utilizing the Fusion Risk Management platform. Schedules and facilitates Business Impact Analysis (BIA) sessions, documenting recovery time objectives (RTOs) and identifying required recovery resources. Identifies and supports implementation of recovery strategies that allow operations at partial or reduced capacity during disruptions. Training, Exercises & Program Awareness Supports the development and implementation of enterprise-wide business continuity training and awareness programs. Coordinates and facilitates system- and department-level exercises annually or following significant events requiring plan updates. Partners with leaders to support ongoing training and program adoption across all facilities. Technology, Data & Reporting Demonstrates working knowledge of Fusion Risk Management or similar BCM platforms (e.g., Archer, Castellan, ServiceNow BCM). Administers system tools and generates metrics, reports, and dashboards to communicate operational insights, including critical dependencies. Provides clear and concise reporting to leadership to support informed decision-making. Incident Support, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Provides incident support during emergencies as a subject matter expert; 24/7 on-call availability may be required. Partners with Emergency Management, ITS, and other stakeholders to align business continuity, incident response, cybersecurity, and IT disaster recovery efforts. Develops and maintains BCP documentation, ensuring accuracy of call trees, succession plans, exercises, and updates. Solves complex problems by analyzing multiple sources of information, communicates effectively in group settings, and builds consensus across teams. Serves on committees and initiatives to promote a culture of preparedness and supports continuous improvement of the business continuity program.
