Process Design Consultant#26-05250 Charlotte, NC 40% Remote Contract Starts 6/22/2026 Ends 6/21/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Controls & Resiliency Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role assists with critical Application Technology Business Continuity & Operational Resiliency (BCOR) activities, including the management and remediation of open risks and issues. The position is responsible for driving and executing internal control discipline and operational excellence by supporting the process inventory, tools evolution, and consulting on process improvements for internal controls.

Responsibilities:

Support the execution of Issue Remediation activities including the development of evidence materials for Issue and Action Step closure Manage the execution of Governance routines and controls to ensure Risk & Regulatory adnce related to Technology Resiliency Support the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to guide and ensure adnce to enterprise-wide standards Implement optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts Perform QA activities including executing on controls, managing cases, and reporting results Support the overall management of and research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews

Requirements:

Five (5)+ years in a Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency (BCOR) role supporting business technology

Primary Skill:

Secondary Skill:

Business Continuity Solid understanding of Single Process Inventory (SPI) process and management, controls, risks, ratings, remediationmentary, etc Experience in, or good understanding of process ownership, defining requirements, and testing/validation of the same Good understanding of risk self-identification and oversight of the issues management lifecycle, GCOR Policy & Challenge remediation process Project management discipline Structured Thinking Process Enrichment and Governance Excellentmunication skills Comfort and ability to presentmunicate to all levels of a global technology organization Desired skills: Controls Management Issue Management Risk Management Analytical and Critical Thinking Problem Solving Written Communications Decision Making IT Service Management expertise IT Business Continuity, Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean IT, or PMP Certification or equivalent knowledge Pay range: $88.91 - $96.91 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
