Up to $53/hour (max) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst I to support business and data analysis activities for project delivery. This role focuses on understanding business needs, improving processes, ensuring data quality, and supporting system-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Research, analyze, define, and document business processes and objectives with a strong focus on data quality Gather and analyze business and operational requirements to support project initiatives Assist in project delivery by managing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion Identify, assess, and manage risks to support successful project outcomes Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process materials Support system implementations and process improvements (automated and non-automated) Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business needs and solutions Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations for stakeholders Assist with user training and support adoption of business systems Monitor project scope, timelines, costs, and resources, taking corrective actions when needed Stay up to date with evolving technologies and best practices in business and data analysis Required Qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related fields Experience in documenting business processes and working with data quality standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience in business and systems analysis Background in system implementation projects Knowledge of data entry quality standards and best practices Strong project coordination and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience creating training materials and supporting end users Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field Or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, training, or project management Application Question(s): Do you have experience documenting business processes and ensuring data quality?
