6-month contract (potential for extension) Summary of Role We are seeking a Business/Data Analyst to support project delivery through process analysis, data management, and stakeholder collaboration. This role focuses on improving business operations, ensuring data quality, and contributing to successful project execution from planning through implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze current business workflows and document processes with an emphasis on data accuracy and efficiency Support the planning and execution of small to mid-sized initiatives, working closely with project leadership Identify potential risks and contribute to mitigation strategies to keep projects on track Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates for stakeholders Track progress against scope, schedule, and resource expectations, escalating issues when needed Evaluate operational challenges and recommend improvements across both manual and automated processes Conduct business process analysis, explore alternative solutions, and provide actionable recommendations Assist in defining requirements for process changes and system enhancements Participate in testing efforts to validate new or updated processes Help develop training materials and support internal users during rollouts Collect, organize, and analyze data using standard tools and methodologies to produce clear insights Prepare reports and summaries outlining findings, recommendations, and project outcomes Stay current on tools, technologies, and best practices related to business and data analysis

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, project coordination, or related roles Experience with data quality management and process documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with system implementations or process improvement initiatives Solid organizational and time management abilities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
