What You'll Do:

• Lead end‑to‑end Business Central implementations-from design through go‑live
• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements
• Configure, customize, and support BC solutions
• Train users and deliver high‑quality documentation
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and fellow consultants
• Stay current with Microsoft updates and best practices

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Background with legacy ERPs (GP, NAV, Sage, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Warehousing
• Solid accounting fundamentals
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
