This full-time role is essential for ensuring effective contract administration, financial oversight, and compliance across a major shipbuilding acquisition program. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and business/contracting functions. Assist with contract administration, invoice review, financial tracking, and responding to data calls. Maintain financial spreadsheets, obligation trackers, burn-rate reports, and other program reporting tools. Support procurement actions, contract modifications, funding documents, and compliance reporting. Serve as the primary interface for administrative and contractual matters between the program office, contractors, and other stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated experience in federal contracting, business/financial management, or COR support. Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) , DFARS , and

DHS/USCG

acquisition processes. Proficiency in financial tracking, advanced Excel, and government financial or contracting systems. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Active Secret security clearance is explicitly required due to access to financial and sensitive contract data.
