About Spark Driver Earnings The Spark Driver Earnings team is responsible for the accurate calculation, withholding, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings. The team plays a critical role in regulatory compliance, tax accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, directly impacting driver experience and company risk management.
