Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm and work as needed
Summary:
The Jr. Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing BH Security Department and BH In- House Construction data with the objective of improving the value and financial performance of both BH Security Department and BH In-House Construction Department through recommended strategic and tactical actions. This position will work with Security leadership to identify improvements in the financial performance of the Baptist Health Security department, perform department level financial reviews, perform business opportunity financial analysis, prepare quarterly and long-term forecasts and labor management.
Other information:
Experience & Skills:
At least three (3) years of related experience. Ability to understand complex financial statements. Must have the ability to learn BH Financial software products, including Infor and Perceptive Content. Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). This position requires excellent communication and writing skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
