On-Site (Preferred Phoenix, AZ) Reports to: Chief Operating Officer About Us Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is the nation's leading provider of onsite dental, vision, podiatry, and audiology services for senior facilities. Family-founded and operating across 24 states, we're focused on providing compassionate, preventative care with dignity to one of America's most underserved populations. Role Overview We're hiring a Strategy Director to help design and scale the national systems, processes, and teams that power CMC's operations. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems through data, process, and people. Perfect for professionals with experience in consulting, banking, healthcare operations, or startup growth , this role offers the chance to drive meaningful change and work directly with CMC's executive team. Key Responsibilities Build and scale national systems for equipment, labs, billing, and scheduling. Design operational playbooks and frameworks that support growth and consistency. Lead cross-functional projects across Operations, Technology, and Finance. Use data to identify trends, optimize processes, and guide executive decision-making. Manage vendors, budgets, and contracts tied to key strategic initiatives. Support training, onboarding, and process improvement across regions. What You Bring 6-10 years in strategy, operations, or process improvement (consulting or healthcare preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience building scalable systems or optimizing workflows at a growing organization. Ability to turn strategic vision into actionable, measurable results.
