Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you drive data-driven decisions by partnering with business and IT to deliver analytics and reporting that improve performance. You will advise stakeholders on analysis approaches, develop insights from COSA data, and guide data-driven improvements across processes. You'll work with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into business workflows and influence strategic decisions. This is a mission-driven, collaborative opportunity in a flexible in-office environment.
Compensation / Benefits
- Collaborate with business and IT to support COSA data reporting, analytics, and complex project deliverables
- Perform advanced data compilation, analysis, and reporting to inform leaders
- Advise partners on analytics and decision-support solutions for undefined or ad hoc issues
- Identify opportunities to optimize data delivery and analytics to resolve business issues
- Engage stakeholders to improve reporting delivery and efficiency
- Guide internal clients on information systems and data infrastructure concepts
- Coordinate with enterprise processes to enhance analytics integration
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts on data and analytics practices
- Ensure risk, compliance, and data governance requirements are met Tasks
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or 4 years of related experience
- 6 years of reporting/data management experience with tools/languages (SQL, Python, GGplot, Tableau) or advanced STEM degree with 4 years experience
- Strong business acumen in operations and industry practices
- Proficiency in data querying, wrangling, report development, and requirements gathering
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for management-level audiences
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory data requirements and policy documentation Key requirements
