Job Description
IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL
- Serve as a key departmental liaison and project coordinator for assigned priority development projects and related operational initiatives, helping ensure responsiveness to development community priorities and promoting a more efficient, coordinated approach to project management.
- Partners with department leadership to coordinate, track, analyze and support implementation of the Development Services Service Enhancement Plan, including tracking progress on the plan elements and associated action items, identifying barriers, and recommending solutions.
- Leads and/or supports major operational improvement efforts, including development, revision, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures, workflow maps, internal process guides, business rules, and service standards.
- Conducts research, benchmarking, program analysis, and operational reviews; gathers and interprets data; evaluates service delivery models; and prepares findings, recommendations, reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Coordinates and/or leads priority departmental initiatives, including but not limited to Standard Conditions of Approval, development of a comprehensive Self-Certification Program, and support for General Plan and long-range planning efforts, including special projects such as ULI and/or wildlife corridor planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, Planning, Project Management, Organizational Development, Finance, or a closely related field; and
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in business analysis, management analysis, development services administration, municipal operation, project management, process improvement, systems implementation, or related field.
- The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment background screening.
COMPENSATION
The Town's complete compensation package includes salary, benefits, and a high-performance culture. The Town package includes a health, dental, and vision insurance plan, participation in the state retirement system, optional 457 deferred compensation with a town match up to 6%, vacation, holidays, and additional comprehensive benefits.- The expected hiring range is $72,558-$74,692.
- The full hiring range is $72,558—$101,582.
