We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, the individual will focus on operational data, but work closely with our Accounting team. The goal is to use analysis to determine where processes need to be improved, and then to help develop and implement tools to support that area. The position not only works w/data, but also co-workers who are involved. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence key business outcomes through insightful analysis and collaborative problem-solving. Your direct report is the COO, and you will work closely with COO. We are open to new graduates. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain Operation's tools Document tools and provide training for staff on operating tools Work w/staff to continually improve & develop processes / systems Analyze key activities to recommend areas for improvement Be a critical member of selection & implementation of new tools Support staff on IT & technology support Qualifications Bachelor's degree Thorough knowledge of Excel and other data tools Experience working in or an understanding of change management & continual improvement theories and processes Work experience in a professional office position Proven ability to work independently Proven ability to work with co-workers & strong emotional intelligence Experience w/quantitative analysis Customer service experience Ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Work experience in customer service position Master's degree in business or a systems focused degree Work experience in change management & continual improvement Work experience building data collection / analytic tools Requirements Strong work ethic

Pay:

$26.00 - $33.00 per hour
