As the organization continues to scale, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Business Officer (CBO) to serve as the founder's primary business partner and operational counterpart. This is not a traditional executive role. We are looking for a builder, operator, strategist, and growth leader who wants to help scale a portfolio of businesses into a market-leading platform. Position Overview The Chief Business Officer will serve as the senior business executive across all company entities and ventures, owning execution of the organization's growth strategy while enabling the founder to focus on vision, innovation, brand development, and strategic initiatives. This individual will oversee operations, finance, sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, and future acquisitions while building the systems, leadership team, and infrastructure necessary to scale multiple businesses simultaneously. The ideal candidate has previously served as a COO, CFO, CEO, President, Chief Business Officer, or similar executive leadership role and has a proven track record of scaling organizations, managing complex P&Ls, leading acquisitions, building executive teams, and driving transformational growth.
