GP Client Strat Team is hiring a Business Management Associate to support customer account management, team development, and daily business operations throughout the Bay Area. This position is ideal for someone looking to build leadership experience, strengthen communication skills, and develop a long-term career in business management. As a Business Management Associate, you will work closely with customers and team members to ensure a positive customer experience while helping coordinate day-to-day operations. The Business Management Associate will assist with customer account support, team training initiatives, and operational projects while gaining hands-on experience in leadership and business development. Responsibilities of the Business Management Associate Assist with customer account management and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience. Help coordinate daily team activities and contribute to an organized work environment. Support onboarding and training initiatives for new team members. Monitor customer feedback and help identify opportunities to improve service quality and team performance. Assist leadership with operational projects, scheduling, and team development efforts. Maintain accurate records and ensure customer interactions are handled efficiently. Collaborate with management to support customer retention and account satisfaction goals. Help foster a positive team culture focused on professionalism, communication, and growth. Participate in leadership development and ongoing professional training programs. Qualifications of a Business Management Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Interest in customer management, team leadership, business operations, or professional development. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
