Pay Range:
$45hr•$50hr The Business Analyst PM•PMO will support project and program governance, risk tracking, and delivery oversight across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role focuses on managing project risks, supporting organizational development activities, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and strong program execution practices.
Requirement/Must Have:
Minimum 4+ years of experience managing complex, highly integrated technical projects. Strong experience in project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery. Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative delivery methodologies. Strong experience in writing user stories and test scripts. Strong analytical skills with a process improvement mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
Experience tracking and managing project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies (RAID). Experience supporting cross-functional program delivery in high-pressure environments. Experience supporting organizational development activities such as training, onboarding, and workshops. Experience using data analysis to identify root causes and actionable insights. Experience facilitating workshops and lessons learned sessions with business and IT teams. Experience working in global, matrixed, and fast-paced environments. Experience driving quality and efficiency improvements in PMO environments.
Responsibilities:
Track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies. Support delivery of high-visibility cross-functional programs under tight timelines. Support planning and execution of organizational development activities including training and onboarding. Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights. Write user stories, test scripts, and support delivery documentation. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and lessons learned workshops. Support release and change management activities across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments. Drive continuous process improvement within project and program governance. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with global teams in a matrixed environment to ensure successful delivery.
Should Have:
Experience in Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks. Strong ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships. Experience in challenging status quo and driving innovation in processes. Experience working in highly complex enterprise environments.
Skills:
Strong project and program management knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Qualification And Education:
Bachelor s degree required. PMP certification preferred. Agile certification preferred.
