Who We're Looking For Experienced Escrow Officer (5+ years preferred) Active book of business and referral network Full-cycle escrow experience (open to close) Strong client and agent relationships Self-directed, production-focused, and relationship-driven This is not an entry-level position. Compensation Competitive commission structure designed to reward production Bonus opportunities Significant income potential for motivated professionals Support designed to help you retain and grow your business Responsibilities Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and vendors Review contracts, escrow instructions, and closing documents Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards Deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction process Opportunity to build relationships with one of Southern California's top-producing real estate organizations.
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
