Requirement/Must Have:
5+ years of experience in Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst roles. Strong experience in Data & Analytics / Data Engineering projects. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Hands-on experience with user story creation, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies. SQL and data analysis concepts. ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts. Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos). Strong experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data engineering and analytics solutions. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder sign-offs. Drive delivery of Data Engineering, Reporting, and Analytics projects. Work with teams on data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse solutions. Support development of reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation across systems. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, QA teams, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Work across multiple IT teams and business units to ensure seamless execution. Drive alignment between data architecture, reporting, and business needs. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards (HIPAA, EDI transactions). Support data-driven use cases in member services, pharmacy benefits, and analytics reporting. Nice to

Prior experience in Healthcare / Pharmacy (Rx) domain. Knowledge of claims, membership, provider, benefits data.
HIPAA / EDI
(834, 835, 837 transactions). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake). Experience with data pipeline orchestration and APIs. Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
