Support day-to-day issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across business platforms and third-party systems. Assist with testing activities, including test case preparation, validation of new functionality, and bug tracking. Help monitor system usage, data quality, and process adherence, and support analysis that improves system effectiveness and data integrity. Participate in project implementation activities from requirements gathering through testing, training and post-launch support. Support cross-functional meetings by capturing action items, following up on open questions, and helping keep work organized and moving forward. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments and develop an understanding of the business processes supported by technology. Help ensure changes stay within agreed scope and that new out-of-scope requests are properly documented and routed through the intake process.Qualifications:
