About the Role How you will contribute Design, develop, and validate standard reports and metric dashboards to measure business performance. Design, develop, and manage balanced scorecard needs for enterprise and recommend improvements to reporting processes. Validate business data for purposes of establishing guidelines, variance and discrepancy analysis to determine opportunities for improved operational efficiencies. Participate in or lead process improvement projects utilizing database or applications to streamline manual processes and improve productivity in both internal team and corporate departments. Expert level proficiency in advanced functions of Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Excel (macros/pivots/dashboards/formulas), Microsoft Access, MS Business Intelligence (PowerPivot/PowerQuery). Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal, and/or Excelcius Report a plus. Ability to perform needs assessment; problem solving and root cause analysis.
