Program Analyst - Business & Site Readiness We are seeking a Program Analyst to support Business & Site Readiness activities for a large-scale enterprise rollout initiative. This role will focus on program coordination, readiness tracking, governance reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure successful go-live execution. Key Responsibilities Track program milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities Coordinate with business teams, SCRUM teams, and project stakeholders Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and KPI updates Support go-live readiness reviews and governance meetings Maintain program documentation and reporting visibility across workstreams Required Skills Experience as a Program Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Experience with Agile/SCRUM environments Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, or Power BI Strong communication and executive reporting abilities Preferred Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, or rollout programs PMP, Scrum, or PMO certifications are a plus
