We partner with conventional, affordable, senior, and lease-up properties and are actively placing candidates into immediate openings. What You'll Do Greet and assist prospective residents, creating a positive first impression Conduct engaging apartment tours highlighting the community's value, lifestyle, and features Build strong rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing process Follow up with prospects in a timely manner to support strong lead conversion and leasing momentum Guide applicants through the leasing process and confidently help convert traffic into signed leases Process applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork accurately and efficiently Communicate with onsite teams regarding availability, pricing, and daily leasing activity Maintain organized guest cards, leasing files, and resident records Support occupancy goals while contributing to a welcoming resident experience What We're Looking For Previous apartment leasing experience required Experience across conventional, affordable, senior living, lease-ups, or multifamily communities is a plus Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment Professional, dependable, and adaptable mindset Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or similar property management software preferred Reliable transportation and weekend availability required Team-oriented professionals who can step in and support onsite operations with confidence What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience: $20-$23/hr Weekly pay Flexible assignments with leading property management companies Opportunities across a variety of apartment communities and property types Temp and Temp-to-hire opportunities Immediate openings throughout San Diego County Ongoing support from an experienced recruiting team committed to your success If you're ready to bring your leasing experience to communities that value professionalism, energy, and strong resident service, apply today. #SD1
