No Job Description We're looking for Business Analysts (Cash Posting) who are excited to support the accuracy and efficiency of our hospital's revenue cycle operations. In this role, you'll oversee and optimize payment application processes, ensure accurate reconciliation of electronic and manual payments, and help resolve unidentified funds in a timely manner. This position plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of received revenue and supporting the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily reconciliation of electronic and manual payments against bank statements Research and resolve unidentified funds and payment discrepancies Ensure accurate balancing and posting of received revenue transactions Support optimization and accuracy of payment application processes Review and reconcile electronic remittance advice (ERA) and EFT transactions Maintain detailed records and reporting related to cash posting activities Assist with month-end reconciliation and audit preparation processes Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Accounting teams to support operational efficiency Perform cashier duties as needed Perform other duties as assigned Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with Revenue Cycle, Accounting, and operational teams to support accurate financial reporting and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and three to five years of healthcare payment posting, cash reconciliation, or revenue cycle experience Knowledge of healthcare billing and payment processes, including electronic remittance advice (ERA) and EFT reconciliation Basic understanding of
CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10
