Job Summary:
Leads the planning and coordination of special projects in support of the organization's strategic plan on a per project basis. Works collaboratively with internal and external resources, as directed.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience:
Required Master's Degree:
Preferred Seven years' business development experience: Preferred Five years' leadership experience:
Preferred Essential Functions:
Directs projects with responsibility to oversee execution of initiatives from start to finish. Leads with an operational focus, overseeing planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods. Acts as advisor to senior management on the development of overall policy and long-term goals of the program. Provides program evaluation results to the administrative staff for assessment. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
