Key Responsibilities Design and build automated dashboards that translate complex datasets into intuitive, real-time visual narratives for executive stakeholders. Analyze dashboard outputs and business performance metrics to identify key insights, trends, and strategic implications — clearly articulating the "so-what" behind the numbers. Lead the development of comprehensive business plans and financial models to forecast growth, support annual budgeting, and evaluate new market opportunities. Act as the connective tissue between departments, identifying how operational or strategic shifts in one area of the business impact the broader organization. Prepare key reports in a timely manner for Finance, Compliance, and Management teams, including regulatory reporting requirements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, operational visibility, and decision-making processes. Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis, scenario planning, and performance evaluation. Professional Experience & Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field required. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or related analytical roles. Experience in investment banking or management consulting is highly desirable. Proven track record of supporting executive-level decision-making through data analysis and strategic insights. Technical Skills Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets. Experience with BI and visualization tools, particularly Tableau. Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities. Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation development tools. Additional Qualifications Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
