You will:
Structure ambiguity: Break down messy client asks into sharp strategic hypotheses Think in systems: Connect market forces, client priorities, and Capgemini capabilities into a coherent picture Synthesize and simplify: Turn complex insights into clean, executive‑ready slides Coordinate workstreams: Bring together inputs across industry, solution, partner, and client teams Shape the narrative: Build crisp, visually compelling pitch materialsExample:

Qualifications & Experience Strong Academic background in Organizational / Business Strategy. MBA preferred, Approximately 5- 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy Strong problem‑structuring and hypothesis‑driven thinking skills Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insights Strong AI/GenAI maturity to drive internal and client related efficiencies Experience supporting complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programs Solid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinking Strong PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities for client‑facing materials Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑stakes, and ambiguous environments Collaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplines Curiosity, drive, and a strong interest in large‑scale strategic deals and C‑suite problem solving What You'll Love About Working Here?
