The Manager, Business Solutions Analysis- Sales & Enterprise is responsible exercising discretion and independent judgement for working and directly engaging with IT affiliate, Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA), and/or 3rd Parties to develop and maintain the technical capabilities required to support HMA business objectives.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Engage with HMA business divisions, primarily Marketing, HR, and Finance, to fully understand their IT needs and work collaboratively to identify and scope a solution to meet those needs. Collect high-level business requirements from the business units to identify business need and assist in solutioning development to accomplish defined objectives through partnership with HAEA IT. Manage and coordinate materials for executive DBP and IT Steering Committee meetings. Engage with the business to estimate the ROI/ benefit of implementing desired request to HMA's bottom line. Partner with Business Owners, Project Managers, and 3rd Parties to manage multiple projects, monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Manage the creation, collection, and reporting of key performance metrics necessary to ensure optimal IT maintenance and development. Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions. Assist in testing system changes to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications. Partner with Business Owners, PMs, and 3rd Parties to manage multiple projects, monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. This position is expected to provide critical thinking to propose ideas or solutions that are in the best interest for the HMA organization. Hiring, termination approving timecards and other Manager related duties are required for this position. Responsible for setting objectives and achieving results that have a significant impact on departmental performance.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Must be a high school graduate. Bachelor's degree preferred Master's degree a plus. Six or more years of relevant experience in sales, finance, planning or operations required. System project management experience is required. Ability to translate technical details into customer-friendly language is required Experience creating and presenting executive-facing presentations and other material required. Ability to assess operational and strategic strengths and make recommendations to leverage or augment strengths and weaknesses is required. Ability to identify/quantify business opportunities as it applies to technology required. Three or more years of related automotive experience is preferred. Background with legacy Automotive systems is preferred.WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
Compensation Range:
$86,800- $124,000 annual base salary Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance) Holiday Pay
