Job Description

Business Analyst Introduction:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting supply chain processes and functions within the organization. This role will involve working closely with various teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support testing activities to ensure successful implementation of supply chain initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and document processes related to demand planning, supply planning, materials management, DFM operations, and CTO processes. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, defect management, and business validation to ensure system functionality meets business needs. Validate data and support data migration activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, IT teams, and external partners to drive successful implementation of supply chain initiatives. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues, with a keen attention to detail.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role supporting supply chain processes. Experience working with demand planning, supply planning, DFM operations, and CTO processes. Understanding of supply chain planning processes and business functions. Experience in gathering business requirements and documenting processes. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
SAP S/4HANA, SAP
IBP, or other ERP/planning platforms. Experience supporting ERP, supply chain, or business transformation initiatives. High-tech manufacturing, electronics, networking, semiconductor, or data storage industry experience.
