Pay Range:

$50hr - $55hr The GenAI Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business workflows using generative AI tools and automation concepts. The role focuses on identifying AI opportunities, building AI-driven workflows, and driving adoption of GenAI solutions across sales operations and business process teams while enabling scalable transformation and continuous improvement.

Requirement/Must Have:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, or workflow optimization. Strong experience in mapping complex cross-functional business processes. Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar. Strong understanding of AI prompting and workflow creation without coding. Strong ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Experience:

Experience documenting as-is and to-be business workflows across enterprise functions. Experience identifying AI intervention points within business processes. Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user journey mapping. Experience building AI-powered workflows using GenAI tools and prompt engineering. Experience creating reusable playbooks, prompt libraries, and workflow templates. Experience managing AI use case backlogs from ideation to adoption. Experience driving UAT activities including test scripts and acceptance criteria. Experience supporting change management and AI adoption across teams. Experience presenting solutions and progress updates to leadership. Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Responsibilities:

Document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) workflows across business functions. Identify AI opportunities and intervention points in business processes. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user journey mapping sessions. Assess and prioritize AI use cases across business operations. Design AI-powered workflows using GenAI tools and automation concepts. Build and iterate AI solutions using prompt engineering and enterprise AI tools. Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and playbooks for scaling AI adoption. Translate business requirements into technical workflow and integration approaches. Manage and prioritize AI use case backlog from ideation to implementation. Train and enable team members to adopt and build AI-driven workflows. Define UAT test cases, acceptance criteria, and feedback loops for AI solutions. Measure and report AI adoption, efficiency gains, and process improvements. Present findings, demos, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Facilitate brainstorming and continuous improvement sessions.

Should Have:

Experience in sales operations or enterprise business transformation initiatives. Strong UX-centric thinking and user-first design mindset. Experience driving change management and tool adoption across teams. Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
