IT Business Systems Analyst Job Summary The IT Business Systems Analyst (IT BSA) is responsible for bridging business operations and technology systems. This role focuses on analyzing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications and systems to meet business needs. The IT BSA works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system and functional specifications Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned business systems and applications Partner with business users to identify system gaps, improvements, and automation opportunities Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors on system design, enhancements, and integrations Configure, test, and support enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, etc.) Develop and maintain system documentation, including requirements, workflows, and data mappings Support system upgrades, patches, and deployments Coordinate and execute system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support Ensure systems comply with security, governance, and regulatory standards Act as a liaison between IT and business units throughout the system lifecycle Support Core IT Services Monitor System Performance and security Administer User Accounts Manage Network Infrastructure Apply System Updates Trouble Shoot and Resolve hardware, Software, and network related issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 3-5+ years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role Strong understanding of enterprise systems and system integrations Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP, CRM, HR, supply chain, or financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite) Knowledge of APIs, SQL queries, data mappings, and system interfaces Experience supporting cloud-based applications (Azure, AWS, GCP) Certifications such as

CBAP, CCBA, PMI

Compensation:
