Job Description

Job Description We are looking to hire a full-time, contingent Business Analyst to join our Business Operations Services (BOS) team. This position will work alongside other business analysts, to support American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) initiatives by providing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical and logical way of thinking, be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users and be able to work effectively with internal and external business and technical teams.
Key duties:
Working with cross-functional teams, perform business requirements analysis, define relevant areas of changes, translate and document the requirements into design specifications and functional requirements, and communicate the results. Manage assigned projects, develop, and review test plans and scripts, monitor deliverables, perform user acceptance testing, monitor changes with the use of effective application of change control processes. Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and IT teams to develop complex solutions, reports, dashboards, and use analytical and historical data to recommend and implement appropriate business solutions. Conduct meetings with internal and external teams, gather information, produce effective reports, and presentations to share ideas and findings. Liaise with business teams and managers to uncover areas for improvement and optimization strategies. Ensure that various appropriate elements, including documents, policy documents, guides, and business communications are kept up to date and are available. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to other staff.
