OverviewWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Business & Data Analyst to support business analysis and data analytics initiatives across one or more projects. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to analyze business processes, define requirements, perform data analysis, and support data‑driven decision making.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical and data requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirementsAnalyze current business operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or enhancementIdentify operational improvement opportunities and recommend practical, data‑driven solutionsGather, refine, validate, and document complex business requirements, dependencies, risks, and issuesTranslate high‑level requirements into detailed functional requirements, technical specifications, and user storiesEnsure requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with overall business goalsrData Analysis & ReportingCollect, clean, and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insightsConduct data profiling on new data domains to support analytics and ETL developmentDevelop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and KPIsTranslate business reporting needs into technical requirements for dashboards and analytics solutionsInterpret and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiencesdCross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with developers, designers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate requirement implementationSupport the team lead with business and data analysis across assigned projectsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectivesLead System Integration Testing (SIT) activities related to data migration and validationAssist with UAT, data quality validation, and post‑deployment verificationPresent findings, insights, and project updates to stakeholders at varying technical levels Additional ResponsibilitiesPrepare documentation including:
