Job Requirements Colorado Springs, CO Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Position Responsibilities Plan, develop, and integrate MILDEC activities into campaign plans, OPLANs, and contingency operations Support both deliberate and crisis action planning processes Conduct target audience analysis , identifying key decision-makers, networks, and communication pathways Develop and execute deception operations , including coordination, synchronization, and approvals Design and brief deception narratives , including:

Logical reasoning frameworks Psychological influence considerations Observable indicators to shape adversary decision-making Synchronize efforts with joint planners, intelligence teams, and interagency partners Integrate Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) into deception planning efforts Provide briefings and recommendations to senior leadership Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance (required) Bachelor's degree and relevant DoD/IC experience (additional experience may substitute for degree) Demonstrated experience in: MILDEC planning and execution Information Operations (IO) / OIE Joint planning frameworks ( JOPP, MDMP, APEX ) Experience supporting Combatant Command (CCMD) or Joint Staff environments Strong understanding of:

Target audience analysis Behavioral influence and decision-making frameworks Intelligence integration into operational planning Ability to develop and deliver senior-level briefings Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting USSPACECOM, NORTHCOM, or similar mission sets Background in
MISO / PSYOP / OPSEC / EW
