Summary:
The Business Analyst/Product Owner serves as a link between our business stakeholders and the technical engineering team. Your primary mission is to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that drive the development of high-quality software solutions. You ensure that every feature developed provides measurable value and aligns with our long-term strategic goals. Responsibilities Lead elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and nonfunctional requirements. Create and maintain high-quality artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams. Partner with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team has a steady stream of "ready" tasks for each sprint. Facilitate communication between departments to resolve blockers, clarify specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope and timelines. Work with the QA team to define test scenarios and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems, and translate them to system/application requirements/workflows. Must-Have Skills Proven experience as an Business Analyst/Product Owner Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. Expertise in developing requirements documentation, such as User Stories, System Requirements, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria Ability to conduct necessary research and provide in-depth analysis to resolve production issues Understanding of UI designs (wireframes), user guides, help documentation, release notes, etc
