Summary of the Role The Portfolio Optimization Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of product-related business intelligence and the effectiveness of associated processes across the organization. This role is fast-paced, deadline-driven, and requires successfully juggling multiple, simultaneous, high-priority projects in a global business environment. Analysts add core value by offering and driving efficient, innovative, and effective product-related data and process solutions. Key Responsibilities Translate price strategies and contractual/product line requirements into efficient operational processes (e.g., business rule-based automated pricing routines, data structure for new transactions such as surplus or pipeline data). Maintain and manage data and classification across pricing and product assortment. Perform commercial and data analysis to support product line and customer management, and new business opportunities. Lead the execution and continuous improvement of key product line management processes (e.g., assortment review, dead stock review, win-rate review). Contribute proactively to the realization of departmental strategy and objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent and 3-4 Years of Related Work Experience in Business Analytics or Data Science. Advanced MS Office, such as Access and Excel, SQL or Automation Analysis, Advanced Math Skills, and Market Research experience.
