Position Summary:
- The Senior Manager of Investor Relations supports the company's engagement with the investment community and helps shape external communications on financial performance and strategy.
- Candidate must be willing to work a hybrid schedule, with at least one day per week onsite at the Hartford, CT office
Core Responsibilities:
- + Supports preparation of quarterly earnings materials and related deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- + 7+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, investment management, corporate development or related fields + Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Experience in healthcare or a highly regulated industry + 3+ years of experience in financial modeling and data analysis + Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment + Strong collaboration skills across functions
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Pay Range
- The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.
