Job Description

Identify execution risks, performance gaps, and interdependencies; proactively surface issues and partner with leaders to drive timely resolution. Keep executive leadership and the Board apprised of progress against the strategic plan, highlighting areas requiring additional attention and supporting problem‑solving with accountable leaders. Design and leverage dashboards and reporting tools to understand performance trends, underlying drivers, and areas of concern. Partner with the analytics team to ensure dashboards remain accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with evolving strategic needs. Build and sustain strong relationships with executives, service line leaders, and other stakeholders to understand strategic context and operational realities. Own and recommend enhancements to approaches, workflows, and tools to accelerate execution. As capacity allows, support select enterprise or service line initiatives that advance the strategic plan, providing structure, project management, and problem‑solving as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college required; Master's Degree preferred. 7+ years of project management experience required. 5+ years of clinical process improvement experience preferred. 5+ years of experience leading or coordinating complex, cross-functional teams. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated experience using data in a structured way to drive decision-making.
