Job Description

Overview:
R&P offers a highly competitive compensation package that includes contributions towards health insurance, 401(k) matching, and other non-salary benefits. Exact salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Develop reports, briefs, and presentations for executive level meetings and events. Coordinate use of facility with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as liaison with building management and facilitate effective communication for all office maters. Assist occupant personnel with planning, preparation and execution of customer related engagements as needed. Train new employees on office protocols. Work with senior management to improve office operations and procedures such as emergency response protocols and conference room use policies/ procedures. Maintain seating chart, enforce security protocols, and attend to procurement and supply needs of the office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Active Secret Clearance or eligible to obtain Secret Clearance.
