Business Analyst (AI / Analytics Exposure)

Location:

Columbus, OH / Wilmington, DE Job Details Software Development experience on either Java or Python (3 to 5 years based on their total experience)

• Mandatory. Banking or Fintech Domain (BFS) experience is mandatory. Solution Architect

• AI/Agentic AI
• Experience or Exposure is required.

Required Skills & Experience Core BA Skills 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Techno Functional BA.

Strong experience in:

o Requirements gathering o Stakeholder management o Agile delivery (user stories, backlog grooming) AI / Analytics Exposure (Must Have) Working knowledge of: o Machine Learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning) o

NLP / LLM

use cases (chatbots, summarization, classification) o Predictive & descriptive analytics o Agentic AI frameworks o AI assisted SDLC tools Experience working alongside: o Data scientists o AI engineers o Analytics teams Ability to translate AI outputs into business friendly insights.

Note:

Hands on model building is not mandatory, but conceptual clarity and applied usage is expected. Nice to Have Skills Familiarity with: o Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform AI services) o Data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) BFSI / regulated domain exposure (Risk, Ops, Compliance, Customer Analytics).
