Job Description:
Researches healthcare and population health market trends and best practices in value-based care to inform strategic initiatives. Oversees the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Chief Population Health Office (CPHO), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Vision 2030. Collaborates with executives, strategy teams, partners, program teams, and operational leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Manages the CPHO executive agenda by prioritizing and following up on strategy topics, coordinating with leaders to ensure alignment with timelines. Acts as a strategic partner for executives, supporting the execution of the strategic agenda, senior meetings, and leadership initiatives. Leads Board of Directors/Managers operations and committee management for PHSO provider networks, ensuring regulatory compliance. Develops strategic communications for the CPHO, including gathering, writing, and editing content for various touchpoints. Provides leadership for PHSO human resource and campus administration functions, including employee onboarding, education and engagement initiatives, organizational structure changes, and space planning. Oversees the planning and execution of major population health events, including Board meetings, Executive Leadership collaboration, and design sessions. Aligns with the CPHO on critical projects, tracking progress, milestones, accountability, and reporting to executives and committees. Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Pay Range:
