Utilities Location:
Brandon, FL (Hybrid/Onsite - 605 Lake Kathy Dr, Brandon, FL 33510)
Duration:
6-Month Contract +
Possible Extension/Conversion Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with rotating 7am and 6pm coverage
Rate:
$40-$45/Hr Position Overview Seeking a Business Solutions Specialist with strong SDLC, production support, and business systems analysis experience to support enterprise customer service and billing technology initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and support teams to manage incidents, gather requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and support

environments. The ideal candidate has experience supporting fast-paced enterprise environments, managing multiple priorities, and working across Agile and Waterfall delivery models. Key Responsibilities Conduct incident triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution coordination Manage ServiceNow incidents and requests through full lifecycle closure Partner with business and technical teams to troubleshoot production issues Gather business and system requirements from stakeholders Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and validation activities Support SDLC delivery activities across enhancements and operational initiatives Create and maintain documentation including: Process flows Functional specifications Test plans Test results Interface documentation Support

customer service and billing functions Participate in impact assessments related to system changes and upgrades Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams Support roadmap planning, forecasting, and prioritization discussions Analyze operational processes and identify improvement opportunities Assist with data governance and master data reporting initiatives Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications or technology operations Experience with: Requirements gathering UAT test case creation SDLC methodologies Incident management Production support Hands-on experience with

in one or more areas: Customer service Billing & rates Finance & credit Device management Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments Experience using ServiceNow Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Project Coordinator or Project Management experience Experience with Smartsheet Utility or energy industry experience Forecasting or operational planning experience Experience supporting enterprise customer service operations Desired Skills
