Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and deliverables Develop comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to facilitate insightful decision-making Design and optimize database structures utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems; implement ETL processes with Talend or equivalent tools for data integration Support project management activities within Agile frameworks; participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of solutions Conduct detailed data analysis using SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other programming languages to identify trends and actionable insights Assist in the development of database designs and data architecture for linked data initiatives; ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices Create visual process diagrams using Visio; contribute to documentation that supports system design and business workflows Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a strong background in business analysis techniques and requirements gathering Hands-on experience working within Agile environments; familiarity with project management tools and methodologies Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar visualization tools Knowledge of ETL processes and tools such as Talend or equivalent for data extraction, transformation, and loading operations Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis techniques using R, Python or other programming languages Experience designing database schemas and working on linked data projects; familiarity with database design principles is a plus Familiarity with SDLC processes for software development projects; ability to contribute effectively across project phases Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to transforming data into actionable insights!
