Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years experience in a multi-unit business operation Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments Travel up to 75% as needed or required for restaurant visitation Ability to build strong working relationships with Franchisees and community partnerships Franchise/License operations experience preferred
