Job description:
- Will collect, analyze, develop, document, and communicate business requirements to achieve business goals.
- Will study current work processes and procedures including information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control and cost analysis.
- Will review current reports, and formats to identify problems, and recommend improvements.
- Will conduct time studies, performs zero base analysis, rate analysis, network analysis, statistical analysis, flow path analysis, and related operational/supply chain analysis.
- Will identify logistics process improvement opportunities through competitive analysis, and critical thinking.
- Will provide strategic management ensuring that release schedules are met and risks managed.
- Will support new product ideation activities and processes.
- Will maintain awareness of Technology strategies and direction to assure the alignment of the product's technologies.
- Will coordinate new product offerings and oversee flow of set up processes within delivery teams.
- Will support project scheduling, project planning, critical path & dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, status management and related management activities.
- Will prepare and present detailed and comprehensive reports to management.
- Will develop standard tools, KPI's and performance metrics that will lead to smart decisions in terms of administrative matters.
- Will use data analysis to support supply chain organizational goals and objectives identifying data needs and driving data quality improvement projects.
- Will evaluate, propose and implement remote efficient inventory tracking system designed to have control of inventory across all branches in the same system.
- Will identify underperforming areas through the distribution supply chain and operations to improve cost efficiency and overall effectiveness.
