Job Description
Small Market. Big Opportunity. Keller Williams Inverness is looking for its next Team Leader. This is not an operations role.
This is a recruiting and growth role. About 80% of this position is being out in the community, building relationships, attracting talented agents, and helping grow a strong, people-first market center. We are a smaller office with a strong foundation and a lot of opportunity ahead. The right person will help shape the next chapter of growth alongside ownership. What This Role Actually Is You will lead agent recruiting, relationship-building, culture, and growth for the market center. This role is ideal for someone who: Naturally connects with people Brings energy into a room Loves conversations, relationships, and community presence Understands real estate agents and what motivates them Wants leadership, not just management This is not a "sit behind the desk and manage paperwork" position. We are looking for someone visible, relational, proactive, and growth-minded. What You'll Be Responsible For Recruiting productive real estate agents to the brokerage Building relationships inside the local real estate community Helping agents grow their businesses and stay engaged Driving retention through culture and leadership Leading conversations, trainings, and accountability Partnering with ownership on growth strategy and profitability Being present in the office and active in the community Who Thrives Here You may be: A producing real estate agent ready for leadership An Assistant Team Leader ready for your own opportunity A recruiter who thrives on relationships and influence A natural connector with high energy and strong communication skills Someone who walks into a room and people naturally gravitate toward Real estate experience is strongly preferred. Non-Negotiables Strong people skills High personal accountability Positive energy and community presence Comfortable recruiting and initiating conversations Growth mindset and coachability Ability to influence, lead, and build trust Willingness to be visible and engaged beyond "office hours" Compensation Base salary: $60,000+ Performance bonuses: Earning potential of $125,000 annually Ownership opportunity tied to growth and profitability Mentorship from experienced Keller Williams leadership Total compensation potential: $125,000+ What This Role Is Not Not remote Not an admin or operations position Not a behind-the-scenes management role Not for someone who avoids recruiting Not for someone who wants a title without visibility and leadership About the Hiring Process This search is being led by a retained Hiring Manager on behalf of ownership. The process is intentional. We are not looking to simply fill a seat. We are looking for the right long-term fit for the market center and community.
