Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated ORT (Operational Readiness Testing) Analyst to support large-scale, cross-functional system implementation and operational readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills who can effectively collaborate with both business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Support ORT planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities across multiple workstreams. Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria. Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and status updates. Define and document ORT entry and exit criteria. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Utilize JIRA and Qmetry to manage testing activities, defects, and reporting. Consolidate and analyze data to provide actionable insights and operational updates. Support process documentation, reporting enhancements, and special projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree required. 6-10 years of experience in operational readiness, project coordination, reporting, testing support, or business operations.
